We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations for a growing organization.
The ideal candidate should have a B.Com background with hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable and routine accounting activities. This role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and comfortable managing finance operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Record and process invoices, expenses and payments
- Track vendor payments and customer receivables
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate payment records
- Perform bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports
- Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams for finance-related requirements
- Support GST, TDS and other routine compliance activities
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries
- Assist with other day-to-day finance and accounting requirements as needed
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts / Finance
- Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payables or receivables
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage routine accounting activities independently
- Candidates with experience in a structured company environment will be preferred
