Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with 9–12 years of experience to manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, reconciliations, internal controls, and day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting and taxation, hands-on experience with GST, TDS, statutory audits, financial reporting, MIS, and reconciliations, along with good proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

Handle GST compliance, GST reconciliation, and related filings.

Manage TDS compliance, deductions, reconciliations, and returns.

Coordinate with Big 4/statutory auditors and support the audit process.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform vendor, customer, ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and variance analysis.

Assist in fundraising activities and investor due diligence.

Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.





Manage payroll accounting and ensure accurate payroll-related entries and reconciliations.

Ensure timely closure of books and maintain accurate financial records.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for finance-related requirements.

Candidate Profile

9–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Experience in handling audits and working with external auditors.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Candidates from Noida/Delhi NCR or those willing to work from Noida Sector 2 are preferred.

Compensation

9.0 LPA – 9.5 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and current compensation.
