SEZ Compliance

- Ensure compliance with SEZ Act, Rules, and applicable customs regulations.
- Prepare and submit SOFTEX forms, APR (Annual Performance Reports), and other SEZ statutory returns.
- Coordinate with Development Commissioner (DC) Office, SEZ Authorities, Customs, and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, domestic procurements, and duty-free transactions.
- Monitor compliance related to Letter of Approval (LOA) conditions and SEZ operational guidelines.
- Facilitate customs assessments, audits,



and inspections.
- Track and manage Bond-cum-Legal Undertaking (BLUT) requirements and renewals.

Finance & Accounting
- Manage accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
- Verify vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment processing.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure accurate accounting of imports, exports, and inter-unit SEZ transactions.
- Reconcile customs duty, GST, and other statutory records with financial books.
