HIRING | MANAGER FINANCE & ACCOUNTS

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with strong expertise in plant finance, budgeting, costing, fixed assets accounting, MIS, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Budgeting, Costing, Fixed Assets Accounting, and MIS reporting.

Monitor day-to-day Accounts & Costing activities and support monthly account closure.

Prepare and monitor Plant Budgets, ensuring effective cost control and adherence to targets.

Conduct Costing Analysis for New Product Models and support cost optimization initiatives.

Track and control Capital & Revenue Advances.

Monitor Non-Moving Inventory and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for reduction.





Ensure timely completion of Annual Inventory and Fixed Assets Audits.

Liaise with Commercial Taxes and Industries Departments for incentive approvals and disbursements.

Provide regular financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.

Preferred Skills

Strong knowledge of Plant Finance, Costing & Accounting.

Experience in Budgeting, MIS, Inventory & Fixed Asset Management.

Good understanding of cost analysis and financial controls.

Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
