Job Title: Manager – Finance & Accounts

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Manager - Finance & Accounts to oversee end-to-end finance operations, management reporting, statutory compliance, and treasury activities. Reporting directly to the CFO / Director of Finance, you will play a key role in maintaining robust internal financial controls, driving process automation, and delivering actionable financial insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end accounting operations, journal entry reviews, and month-end/year-end closure.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), departmental KPI trackers, and budget vs. actual variance analysis.
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory regulations, including GST return filings (GSTR-1, 3B, annual reconciliations) and TDS payments/returns.
- Manage vendor and customer account reconciliations, receivables/payables aging, and working capital collections.
- Oversee treasury and banking operations, including fund flow management, cash flow forecasting, and debt/financing coordination.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, tax, and GST auditors for seamless, observation-free audit closures.
- Assist in preparing periodic investor presentations, financial modeling,



fundraising support, and data room management.
- Drive ERP usage, process automation, and internal financial control (SOP) enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: MBA in Finance, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in core Finance & Accounts.
- Technical Mastery: In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and finalization of accounts.
- Systems: Proficiency in ERP platforms and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in investor reporting or fundraising environments is a strong advantage.

Schedule: Day Shift Work Location: In-person (Mumbai)

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
