Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with experience in the travel and tourism industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, billing, and collections.
- Monitor cash flow and coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax professionals.
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial controls.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
- Work closely with management on financial analysis and reporting.




- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or related service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Positive analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
- Commerce graduate/postgraduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidate Profile
- Preferred age range: 35–40 years.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Mature and responsible approach to financial operations.
- Ability to lead a small accounts team and coordinate effectively across departments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
