Educational Qualification

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.

Experience

- 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a fabrication, manufacturing, or engineering company.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of:

- GST compliance and return filing

- TDS calculation and filing

- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Bank reconciliation

- Ledger and journal entries

- Cash and petty cash management

- Payroll support

- Financial statement preparation

- Inventory and stock accounting

- Cost accounting for manufacturing/fabrication projects

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily accounting transactions.

- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.

- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.

- Perform bank reconciliations.

- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.





- Assist with monthly and annual financial closing.

- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.

- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

- Monitor inventory records and material costing.

- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Preferred Knowledge

- Manufacturing and fabrication accounting processes.

- ERP software such as SAP Business One, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).

- Budgeting and cost control.

- Basic knowledge of export/import documentation (if applicable).

- Certification in Tally, GST, or accounting software is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
