Seeking a File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) Engineer with hands-on experience in implementing and managing FIM solutions, integrating with SIEM platforms, monitoring security events, and supporting compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage FIM solutions across Windows and Linux environments.
- Configure monitoring policies and baselines for critical files and systems.
- Integrate FIM tools with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, or Sentinel.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to unauthorized file changes and security alerts.
- Develop detection rules, tune alerts, and reduce false positives.
- Support PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, CIS, and audit requirements.
