Key Responsibilities

- Diagnostics &
- Troubleshooting:

Use specialized electronic diagnostic laptop software (such as JCB Service Master) to identify complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, powertrain, electrical, and engine faults. [1]

- Maintenance &

- Repair:

Perform routine servicing, complete overhauls, and emergency breakdown repairs on earthmoving equipment (e.g., excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, and Loadalls) according to manufacturer specifications. [1]

- Field Support &

- Travel:

Visit client work sites, construction zones, or agricultural properties within an assigned territory to resolve issues directly in the field. [1]

- Reporting &

- Administration:

Document service history, accurately compile daily job cards, fill out risk assessments, capture photographic evidence of defects,



and submit electronic timesheets via company platforms. [1, 2]

- Customer Service &

- Commercial Acumen:

Act as the primary point of contact on-site, explain technical updates to clients, manage service expectations, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell genuine parts or service contracts. [1, 2]

- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with dealership parts departments to accurately identify, order, and track necessary spare parts required for fixes. [1, 2]

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
