- Provide in office desktop and IT technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Resolve hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT devices.
- Perform OS/software installation and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with L2/L3, Network, Server, or OEM teams for unresolved issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, assets, and service requests.
- Travel to client locations as required for field support.
Pay: ₹8,551.80 - ₹20,000.00 per month
