About the Role

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team in Baner, Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for driving field sales, generating prospective client leads, conducting client meetings, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits and interact directly with prospective clients.

- Identify business opportunities and generate potential leads through local networking and market outreach.

- Present solutions, explain property features/services, and handle client inquiries professionally.

- Negotiate sales terms and maintain ongoing client relationships.

- Track sales activity and report daily performance to team leaders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any discipline.

- Experience: 0.6 months in field sales, business development, or client acquisition.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Must own a two-wheeler for local travel in and around Pune.

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
