Job Role The candidates will be working at our NGO stall inside Metro Cash & Carry, Yelachenahalli, engaging with customers who visit the store, creating awareness about the NGO’s work and requesting support/donations.
2 days of training will be provided, along with continuous support from our team whenever required.

- Working hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Timings may vary depending on customer crowd/store requirements.
- *Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days
Rotational weekly off
- 1 paid leave
- Tea/Coffee & beverages will be provided.
- Additional performance-based incentives are available, giving candidates an chance to earn more.
- Candidates should preferably reside within 5–6 km of the work location.
- Kannada: Fluent
- English: Manageable communication skills
- Field sales/direct sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with NGO/fundraising experience are also welcome. Salary can be negotiated based on relevant experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
