Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Find new clients through daily market visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Face-to-Face Selling: Conduct product presentations, give live demonstrations, and communicate the value of offerings.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term ties with local retailers, dealers, and distributors.
- Negotiation and Closing: Agree on prices, finalize contract terms, and close sales deals to hit monthly quotas.
- Market Monitoring: Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Reporting: Update CRM software and submit regular activity and sales performance reports to management.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:



Fresher And 1 to 3 years of proven field sales or channel sales experience.
- Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Mobility: A valid driver's license and a personal two-wheeler for daily local travel.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
