We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to handle customer visits, develop new business opportunities, and manage customer relationships in the assigned area. The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits, customer follow-ups, and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing customers and potential clients in the assigned area.
- Identify new customers and generate business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and potential business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market activities and identify potential business opportunities.
- Submit regular reports and updates to the reporting manager.
- Travel within the assigned area as required for customer meetings and business activities.
Requirements
- Graduate qualification is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant field sales experience preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Comfortable with regular travel and field work.
- Candidates familiar with Kozhikode and nearby areas will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
