We are looking for a Manager – Hyperlocal Advertising & Business Growth who can build advertiser relationships, develop revenue and lead people.

THE ROLE

You will take ownership of advertising business development in your market.

You will

- Develop and execute advertiser-acquisition strategies.
- Build relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, marketing heads and other decision-makers.
- Identify high-potential advertiser categories and develop category-specific sales strategies.
- Understand advertisers' business objectives before recommending campaigns.




- Help advertisers identify the locations and markets most relevant to their customers.
- Build and manage a robust advertising sales pipeline.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, negotiations and closures.
- Develop advertisers into recurring clients rather than one-time buyers.
- Build relationships with advertising and marketing ecosystem partners.
- Lead, coach and develop Business Development Executives.
- Conduct regular market visits and joint client meetings with team members.
- Monitor activity, conversion, revenue and advertiser retention.
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to develop the market.
- Take responsibility for achieving assigned revenue and business-development targets.
