FIELD SALES JD What You'll Be Doing • Visit real estate brokers across Ahmedabad, introduce Software and onboard them onto the platform • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers in your assigned area • Follow up consistently to convert leads into paid accounts • Be the face of brand on the ground — representing the brand with energy and confidence • Share daily field updates and maintain your pipeline What We're Looking For • Minimum 6 months of field sales or direct sales experience • Solid communication skills as well as convincing skills — you should be able to hold a conversation and build trust quickly • Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the field, not stuck at a desk • High energy, positive attitude and self-motivated • Comfortable with Ahmedabad local travel daily • Looking for a long-term role, not a short-term gig Good to Have • Prior experience in real estate, PropTech or B2B sales • Basic smartphone & WhatsApp comfort for daily reporting What You Get • ₹ Fixed Incentives on every closure • Direct exposure to founder & leadership team • Fast growth for performers — we promote from within
