About The Internship This internship is offered by ZootechX, the technology venture incubated by Reflex Realty. ZootechX is a rapid-growing software development and AI solutions company based in Mumbai, helping startups, SMEs, and enterprises build innovative digital products for clients across India and internationally.

We specialize in custom software development, websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, SaaS products, AI-powered chatbots, CRM & ERP systems, dashboards, and business automation solutions.

We are looking for energetic, confident, and street-smart Field Sales & Business Development Interns who enjoy meeting people, exploring markets, and converting business opportunities into clients.

This is a primarily field-based B2B sales role. You will visit local shops, showrooms, offices, and businesses across Mumbai, meet owners and decision-makers, understand their business needs, and pitch ZootechX's digital solutions.

If you enjoy interacting with people, have strong convincing skills, and want hands-on experience in technology sales, this opportunity is for you!

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Visit assigned markets and commercial areas across Mumbai to identify potential business clients.
- Approach local shops, retailers, showrooms, restaurants, service providers, offices, and SMEs to introduce ZootechX's services.
- Conduct face-to-face sales pitches to business owners and decision-makers, explaining how websites, software,



and AI automation can benefit their businesses.
- Identify businesses that need new websites, e-commerce stores, CRM systems, WhatsApp automation, AI chatbots, or other digital solutions.
- Generate qualified leads, collect business contact details, and understand prospective clients' requirements and budgets.
- Share the company's portfolio and service presentations through WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations between interested prospects and ZootechX's founders or technical team.
- Follow up with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and repeat visits to convert leads into business.
- Maintain daily records of businesses visited, leads generated, meetings scheduled, and sales progress in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team on proposals, quotations, client negotiations, and deal closures.
- Achieve assigned field visit, lead generation, meeting, and sales conversion targets.
