WaveOn Energy is looking for a Field Sales Executive who can take ownership of nurtured and qualified leads, convert them into successful sales, and contribute to the overall growth and performance of the sales team.This is NOT a cold-calling or blind-visit sales role. The company provides nurtured leads, and your responsibility is to convert these opportunities through qualified customer meetings, scheduled site visits, requirement analysis, follow-ups, negotiations, and successful closures.

- Handle and convert company-generated nurtured and qualified leads.
- Conduct scheduled customer meetings and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Manage systematic follow-ups from lead allocation to final closure.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain a professional sales experience.




- Coordinate with assigned team members and support their sales activities.
- Monitor daily calls, meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and closures.
- Track individual and team performance against monthly targets.
- Guide team members on customer handling, follow-ups, and conversion.
- Identify high-potential leads and ensure timely action and escalation.
