Universal Trading Agency is expanding its business in printers, stationery, office supplies, computer accessories, gifts, and office solutions.

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive who can visit potential customers, generate new business leads, build relationships with clients, and increase sales in the assigned area.

An E-Bike will be provided by the company for field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit businesses and potential customers on a daily basis.
- Identify and approach new clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, local market research and networking.
- Introduce and explain our products and services to prospective customers.
- Develop relationships with offices, schools, institutions, shops, businesses, professionals and other commercial customers.
- Promote products such as:
- Printers & multifunction printers
- Printer consumables, toners, cartridges and inks
- Stationery & office supplies
- Computer accessories
- Paper products
- Office solutions
- Gifts & related products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads regularly through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the office/team for customer requirements.
- Convert enquiries into orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a daily record of visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.




- Collect market information regarding customer requirements, competitors and pricing.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and look for repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales/office team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

- Confident and comfortable with field work.
- Positive at communication and interacting with new people.
- Presentable, polite and professional.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps and basic mobile applications.
- Able to independently visit different businesses and generate leads.
- Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
- Good at follow-ups and maintaining customer relationships.
- Willing to travel locally for customer visits.

Education 12th Pass / Graduate

Graduation in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience

- Freshers can apply if they have good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, stationery, printers, computer accessories, office supplies or FMCG will be an added advantage.
