We are seeking energetic and ambitious Field Sales Executives to join our expansion team in Baner, Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting local field visits, engaging directly with prospective clients, showcasing our portfolio, and driving direct sales conversions across Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily field visits and establish direct contact with key business prospects and potential buyers.
- Present product and service features clearly through face-to-face meetings and on-site demonstrations.
- Identify local market potential, generate quality sales leads, and maintain an active follow-up pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing, payment structures, and closing terms to secure business deals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide accurate daily reporting on field activity, meeting outcomes,
and pipeline progress to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, or Higher Secondary (10+2) with proven sales background.
- Minimum 06 Months experience in field sales, direct marketing, or business acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills in local languages and English.
- Strong target orientation and self-driven work ethic.
- Must possess a personal two-wheeler vehicle and valid driving license for local travel in Pune.
