We are Hiring Field Sales Executive Liabilities (CASA)

Location: Manesar, Dwarka, Najafgarh and South Delhi locations

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives for the Liabilities (CASA) business. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring current customers and driving CASA sales through open market sourcing and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers through field sales activities.
- Generate leads through open market sourcing and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and business targets.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and account opening processes.
- Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
- Cross-sell banking products as per business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria Age: Up to 32 years

Education:



Graduate in any stream.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in CASA sales / Banking Sales.

Experience in open market acquisition is mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate should be confident and target-oriented.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
