- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and local networking.

- Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

- Explain solar products, solutions, benefits, and pricing to customers.

- Conduct customer visits and understand their solar requirements.

- Coordinate with the technical/installation team for site surveys and quotations.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, and sales records.

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and channel partners when required.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.





- 1–3 years of experience in field sales; solar/renewable energy experience will be preferred.

- Good communication, negotiation, convincing, and presentation skills.

- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
