SVS Automobiles is a renowed automobile spare parts distributor in Hyderabad. We mainly supply four-wheeler parts, along with some two-wheeler parts, to retailers, garages and workshops across the city.

Role Overview

We are looking for a field sales executive to visit customers on a regular route, collect spare parts orders, follow up on payments, and build strong relationships with retailers and mechanics in the Madhapur–Madinaguda–Beeramguda–Muthangi belt. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers, spare parts shops, garages and workshops on a planned daily route in the assigned territory
- Collect orders and share them with the office accurately, including part names, part numbers, brands and quantities
- Find and onboard current customers in the territory
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collect cheques, including post-dated cheques, as per credit terms
- Tell customers about new products, schemes and offers
- Handle customer queries on part availability, pricing and delivery by coordinating with the office and warehouse
- Share market feedback on demand, competitor pricing and fast-moving parts
- Submit daily reports of visits, orders and collections to the Operations Manager




- Meet monthly sales and collection targets

Requirements

- Knowledge of automobile spare parts, especially four-wheeler parts: part names, applications, brands and vehicle compatibility
- Telugu is mandatory, plus working knowledge of English or Hindi
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Disciplined with daily reporting
- Comfortable using a smartphone for WhatsApp and reporting
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory

Experience

- Freshers can apply
- 1+ year of field sales experience is preferred, especially in auto parts, lubricants, tyres or batteries
- Existing contacts with spare parts retailers or mechanics in west Hyderabad are a plus
