Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in field recruitment or related field (Bulk Hiring, Field HR).

- Robust understanding of mass recruitment techniques for efficient volume hiring.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients/hiring managers.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
