The role involves travelling within assigned areas, sourcing candidates, explaining the job opportunity, conducting initial screening, and supporting candidates through the onboarding process. ResponsibilitiesVisit different locations in Hyderabad for candidate sourcing and recruitment.

Identify and approach potential candidates through field visits and local networks. Explain job details and guide candidates through the hiring process. Complete initial candidate screening and documentation.

Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.



Maintain regular follow-up with candidates. Travel within the assigned area as required.

Eligibility

Male candidates only.

Fluent

Telugu communication is mandatory. Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.

Valid Driving

Licence required. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with daily field work and local travel. Good communication and convincing skills.
