Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Investigator role located in Chennai.

The Field

Investigator will conduct surveillance, background checks, and fact-finding related to matrimonial, personal, and other assigned cases. Daily responsibilities include gathering evidence through interviews and observation, verifying information and documents, and preparing explicit, detailed investigation reports. The role requires adherence to legal and ethical guidelines, coordination with senior investigators or case managers, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

The Field

Investigator will regularly travel within Chennai and surrounding areas as required by case assignments.

- Candidates should possess strong investigative and research skills,



including information gathering, verification, and analytical thinking.

- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for conducting interviews, documenting findings, and preparing clear written reports.

- Candidates should possess a high level of discretion, integrity, and ethical judgment, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.

- Candidates should possess good observational skills, attention to detail, and situational awareness in field environments.

- Candidates should possess basic legal awareness related to privacy, surveillance, and evidence handling in India.

- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases.

- Comfort with using smartphones, basic computer applications, and secure digital communication tools is beneficial.

- Prior experience in investigations, security, law enforcement, or related fields is an advantage.

- A relevant diploma or degree (e.g., criminology, law, psychology, or related discipline) is preferred but not mandatory.

- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on case requirements.
