PLAN Foundation is looking for motivated and passionate Field Executives to join our team and contribute to community development and Solid Waste Management (SWM) initiatives across Chennai.
? Open Positions:
- OMR – 2 Positions
- ECR – 1 Position
- Tambaram – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field/property surveys and community-level assessments.
- Implement door-to-door awareness campaigns on waste segregation.
- Conduct community engagement and waste-management awareness activities.
- Identify and engage potential stakeholders, including residents, local leaders, waste collectors, recyclers and other community representatives.
- Support field activities, documentation and sanitation-worker initiatives.
? Who Can Apply?
Graduates and candidates with relevant field experience who have robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Social Work professionals and candidates with backgrounds in Social Work, Community Development, CSR and related fields are especially encouraged to apply.
