We are starting our commercial operations in Bhopal and preparing for expansion across multiple cities in India.

It needs to be visible where its customers are.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will work directly in the market and learn how businesses, advertising and customer acquisition actually work.

You will

 Meet business owners, retailers, entrepreneurs and marketing professionals.

 Understand their business and where their customers come from.

 Identify their advertising and customer-acquisition requirements.

 Help them select relevant Screenista locations to reach potential customers.

 Explain how consistent hyperlocal advertising can build visibility, frequency and recall.

 Develop advertising proposals and campaign recommendations.

 Acquire recent advertisers and develop long-term client relationships.

 Work towards monthly business-development and revenue targets.





 Maintain and develop your advertiser pipeline.

 Work across categories such as retail, restaurants, education, healthcare, real estate,

automobiles, jewellery, fashion, fitness and entertainment.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

A graduate or MBA looking to start a career in advertising, marketing or business development.

 A fresher who enjoys meeting and interacting with people.

 Someone with up to 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, digital, fintech, telecom,

banking, SaaS, retail or another customer-facing role.

 Comfortable communicating in Hindi and reasonably comfortable in English.

 Confident meeting business owners and decision-makers.

 Curious about advertising, marketing and technology.

 Comfortable working in the market rather than spending your entire day behind a desk.

 Target-oriented, disciplined and eager to grow.

Previous advertising experience is not necessary. We will train you.
