– Loocafe Field Executive

- Position: Field Executive – Loocafe

- Department: Operations

- Location: Hyderabad / Telangana

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Reporting To: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits to assigned Loocafe units.

- Monitor daily operations and overall condition of the units.

- Check cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and basic infrastructure.

- Monitor unit operators and ensure compliance with Loocafe requirements.

- Follow up with operators for pending payments.

- Maintain unit-wise outstanding payment records.

- Follow up with defaulters and escalate long-pending cases.

- Coordinate with Accounts for payment confirmations and reconciliation.

- Track agreement expiry dates and support agreement renewal processes.

- Collect and verify operator KYC and required documents.

- Follow up for pending or expired statutory documents and licences.

- Ensure required documents such as FSSAI, Trade Licence, Shop & Establishment, Police Verification, GST, etc., are available wherever applicable.

- Conduct regular unit inspections and submit inspection reports.

- Take and upload site photographs and operational updates.

- Update the Loocafe app/system with unit details, payments, documents, complaints, and inspection information.

- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with the concerned teams/vendors for resolution.

- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, housekeeping, technicians, and other service vendors.

- Collect quotations and supporting documents for maintenance work when required.

- Follow up until maintenance and repair issues are closed.

- Attend and coordinate customer/operator complaints.





- Escalate critical operational issues to the Operations Manager immediately.

- Monitor unauthorised occupation, misuse, damages, or other violations at the units.

- Issue reminders and support the Operations Manager in follow-up notices to operators.

- Coordinate with GHMC, HMDA, police, local authorities, and other departments whenever required.

- Support government officials and internal teams during site inspections and visits.

- Maintain proper records of government communications and site-level issues.

- Coordinate with internal departments including Accounts, HR, Maintenance, Projects, and Operations.

- Ensure timely submission of daily and weekly field reports.

- Maintain accurate unit-wise operational records.

- Track pending action items and ensure timely closure.

- Support new unit handovers, operator onboarding, and site mobilisation.

- Support the Operations Manager in other Loocafe operational activities as required.

Key Performance Areas

- Collection and recovery.

- Reduction of outstanding payments.

- Regularity of site inspections.

- Timely closure of complaints and maintenance issues.

- Agreement renewal follow-ups.

- Completion of operator documentation and compliance.

- Accurate and timely app/data updates.

- Effective operator and vendor coordination.





- Timely reporting and escalation of operational issues.

- Overall performance and operational condition of assigned Loocafe units.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle payment and collection follow-ups.

- Good documentation and record-maintaining skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and mobile applications.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.

- Good problem-solving and escalation skills.

- Comfortable with frequent field travel.

- Ability to communicate professionally with operators, vendors, government officials, and internal teams.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, facility management, property management, collections, retail operations, or a similar field.

- Freshers with strong communication and field-work skills may also be considered.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
