Qualifications

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and collecting.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, meetings, and reporting requirements efficiently.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and remote collaboration platforms to manage field activities and documentation.
- Basic understanding of financial products ; prior experience in banking, finance, or field operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and local languages where applicable, with a customer-focused and inclusive approach to service.
