Field Engineer The Field Engineer creates added value through the provision of technical assistance to New Installations, Modernizations, Repairs and Service operations. This position acts provides consulting on technical issues where very qualified technical opinion or troubleshooting is needed.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide technical support by phone to assigned branch when they have difficulties to solve complex technical issues.
- Provide support on site when the escalated issues cannot be solved remotely.
- Provide support on site to help in the commissioning and start-up of complex projects or equipment.
- Support the field in the installation, commissioning and start-up of pre-series and/or 0-series from current products in introduction phase.




- Provide Technical support to the sales force and service leaders when bidding for acomplex New Installations / Modernizations job or a complex service contract which demands more than the usual know how in the sales force if and when required.

Preferred candidate profile Desired experience in Elevator/ Escalators/ Move Walk Products for at least five years.

Knowledge and Skills Desired elevator and escalator products

Education BE (Mechanical/Electrical)/ Diploma/ ITI
