We Are Hiring – Field Collection Officer

Company - Maxemo Capital (NBFC)

Preferred Locations- East Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Hapur, Mathura

Key Responsibilities

Develop & implement collection strategies for unsecured loan portfolios

Monitor collections across 0–30, 31–90 & 90+ DPD buckets & Writeoff cases

Generate MIS reports & dashboards for management

Ensure strict compliance with RBI guidelines & company policies

Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of experience in unsecured business loan field collections

Strong knowledge of collection tools, legal procedures & NBFC operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
