About the Role We are hiring a Field Auditor to review credit and operational processes across our microfinance portfolio. This role involves regular branch visits, checking documents, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Location: Hyderabad & Karim Nagar Key Responsibilities Visit branches as per the audit schedule Review loan files, customer documentation and underwriting quality Check compliance with MFI and microfinance product norms Verify field processes, collections and customer authenticity Share audit observations and follow up for closure Prepare explicit and timely audit reports Travel across assigned regions and cover 18 to 20 branches per quarter Key Skills Required Minimum 1 year experience in Microfinance, MFI or similar products Strong understanding of credit, field audits and documentation Local language fluency is mandatory Finance background preferred Experience in banking or fintech is a plus Must be comfortable with extensive travel
