Role Description The Field Application Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves providing technical support to customers, understanding their design requirements, and recommending suitable semiconductor and analog solutions. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, assisting with circuit design and troubleshooting, and collaborating with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and presentations.

The Field Application

Engineer will interface with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback, help resolve technical issues,



and contribute to application notes and documentation. The role also includes occasional customer visits, training sessions, and participation in technical events or workshops.

Qualifications

- Strong field applications and technical support skills, with the ability to guide customers through design, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of analog circuits and electronics, including familiarity with semiconductor devices and electronic system design.
- Experience in sales or customer-facing engineering roles, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and support pre- and post-sales activities.
- Solid understanding of electronic measurement tools, schematics, and PCB design basics.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to engage directly with customers on-site to resolve issues.
- Prior experience in semiconductor industry or application engineering is an advantage.
