Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or on-site visits for automotive electronics products.

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to EV systems, including battery management, charging infrastructure, and vehicle integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve product quality.

- Develop and maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles.

- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on recent technologies and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in field application engineering or a related field (automotive electronics).

- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.

- Strong understanding of programming languages such as C++, Java, Python Development, VB Script; good communication skills in English.

- Excellent presentation skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
