Position: Field Application Supervisor

Department: Sales & Service

Reporting To: Regional Manager

Location: Chakan, Pune

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct trials of company products at customer locations, demonstrate product suitability, and support order generation.
- Train customer personnel on the proper use of company products, wherever required.
- Prepare and submit detailed test/trial and customer visit reports after completion of trials.
- Follow up on product trials/applications and provide feedback, including detailed comparative statements wherever required.
- Submit regular activity reports to the reporting manager and ensure copies of relevant customer correspondence are shared with the company.
- Assist the Technical Supervisor in the fabrication of spray systems and other equipment as per company designs.
- Support the installation and commissioning of spray systems and other equipment at customer locations.
- Train and supervise customer personnel in the operation of spray systems and other equipment.
- Attend to customer complaints and provide necessary support as and when required.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the reporting manager as required.

Key Requirements a)



Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience preferred. b) Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby locations is essential for this role.

c) Candidate should be willing to travel to other states occasionally based on business requirements.

d) Candidates having their own two-wheeler would be preferred.

e) Should possess good communication skills with pleasing personality f) Proficiency in written & spoken English

Should have good Computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / ITI/ BE/BTech in Metallurgy (preferred)
