Job Responsibilities
Collect feedback from customers/users
Conduct feedback calls or surveys as assigned
Record responses accurately
Maintain proper communication with customers
Achieve daily/weekly feedback collection targets
Ideal Candidate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and polite while interacting with customers
Basic understanding of English/Hindi
Willingness to work as per assigned targets
