Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, maintain, and support reports in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCR).

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical report specifications.

- Design and develop regulatory, operational, MIS, and management reports.

- Work on FLEXCUBE Loan modules, including report development and technical support related to lending processes.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and database objects.

- Work on API development, integration, and troubleshooting for FLEXCUBE and external banking applications.

- Understand and support API-based interfaces and system integrations involving FLEXCUBE.

- Work on GEFU (Generic File Upload/Utility) activities, configurations, processing, and troubleshooting.

- Support data extraction, file generation, and data upload requirements using GEFU and related FLEXCUBE utilities.

- Work closely with functional teams and business users to gather and analyze reporting requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve report, API, GEFU, and database-related issues across development, SIT, UAT, and production environments.

- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.

- Perform report and SQL performance tuning and optimization.

- Prepare technical specifications, documentation, deployment documents, and support knowledge-transfer activities.

- Ensure reports and technical solutions meet accuracy, performance, security, and business requirements.

- Coordinate with banking clients, functional teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders for issue resolution and delivery.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience as an FCR/FLEXCUBE Technical Consultant.





- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE reporting solutions.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.

- Hands-on experience in FLEXCUBE Loan modules and related technical/reporting requirements.

- Experience in API development, integration, and troubleshooting.

- Hands-on knowledge of GEFU and FLEXCUBE-related file processing/upload activities.

- Experience in report development, customization, testing, and deployment.

- Good understanding of banking and financial services processes, particularly lending/loan operations.

- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of reports and database queries.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrade, migration, or support projects.

- Knowledge of Oracle Banking products and banking domain concepts.

- Good understanding of CASA, Loans/Lending, and other core banking modules.

- Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

- Experience with GEFU configuration, file processing, and troubleshooting.

- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments and deployment activities.

- Experience working with multiple banking clients and large-scale production environments.

- Knowledge of FLEXCUBE interfaces, integration architecture, and data migration activities will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant Oracle FLEXCUBE/core banking certifications will be an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
