KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support smooth day-to-day caf & F&B; operations
- Welcome guests, take orders and deliver friendly, skilled service
- Ensure order accuracy, timely service and excellent guest experience
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Barista & Caf Management teams
- Supervise, guide and allocate duties to the F&B;/service team
- Ensure adequate manpower and smooth shift operations
- Handle guest feedback, queries and service recovery professionally
- Support upselling and achievement of daily sales targets
- Monitor inventory, wastage and service-area requirements
- Maintain caf cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and food-safety standards
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
- Support POS/billing, opening & closing procedures and daily shift reporting
- Train and guide team members to maintain consistent service standards
CANDIDATE PROFILE For F&B; Associate:
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
- 03 years of experience in Caf / Restaurant / Hotel / QSR / F&B;
- Freshers with relevant hospitality education are welcome
- Valuable communication, grooming and customer-service skills For F&B; Supervisor:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
- 3–5 years of F&B; experience with supervisory/team-handling exposure
- Caf / Restaurant / Hotel / QSR experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of F&B; service and caf operations.
- Good communication, grooming and customer-service skills
