Dining Area Preparation & Maintenance

- Set up tables with cutlery, glassware, condiments, and linens before service begins

- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing

- Adjust lighting, music, and temperature to create a comfortable ambiance

- Replenish service stations with necessary supplies

Sanitation & Hygiene

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, pantry, and storage areas

- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly

- Dispose of waste and manage recycling as per resort standards

Guest Service Support

- Greet and seat guests when required

- Assist waitstaff in serving food and beverages

- Transparent tables promptly after meals

- Handle minor guest complaints or escalate them to supervisors

Coordination & Communication

- Liaise with chefs, servers, and housekeeping to ensure seamless service

- Attend daily briefings to understand menu changes and service expectations

- Report maintenance issues or shortages to supervisors

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
