Role & responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.

- Plan, organize, and supervise kitchen, cafeteria, and food service activities to meet operational standards.

- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B; staff to ensure optimal performance and customer service.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and statutory regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.).

- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate procurement to minimize wastage and shortages.

- Develop and implement cost-control measures while maintaining food quality and service standards.

- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze sales and operational performance to improve profitability.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of quality food and beverage products.

- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations and continuous process improvement.
