Role Description The Fashion Sourcing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and sourcing fashion and hair-related products, accessories, and materials that align with HAIR RAP BY YOYO’s brand, aesthetic, and service standards. The specialist researches trends in hair fashion and salon accessories, builds and maintains relationships with suppliers, negotiates pricing and terms, and ensures consistent quality and timely delivery of products.

Daily responsibilities include tracking inventory needs, coordinating with salon management and creative teams, reviewing samples,



and managing purchase orders and documentation. The role also involves monitoring market developments, recommending new products to enhance the client experience, and collaborating on visual presentation and merchandising to support the salon’s trendsetting image.

Qualifications

- Experience in fashion, beauty, or retail sourcing and procurement, with the ability to identify quality products and reliable suppliers.
- Knowledge of current fashion and hair trends, materials, and accessories, and an eye for aesthetics that aligns with a premium salon brand.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, including contract review, cost analysis, and relationship building.
- Competence in inventory tracking, basic data analysis, and use of spreadsheets or procurement software.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and timelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate closely with creative, operational, and management teams.
- Prior experience in fashion, salon, beauty, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial; a diploma or degree in fashion, merchandising, business, or a related field is preferred.
