About The Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join our creative team at STITCH HUB The Designer Boutique. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for style, a strong understanding of current fashion trends, and the ability to translate client requirements into stunning designs. This role involves designing a variety of apparel including bridal blouses, designer blouses, lehengas, as well as traditional and western outfits.

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective client interactions and coordination with production teams to ensure the seamless execution of designs.

Qualifications

- A diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience working in a boutique or custom tailoring environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of fabrics, modern color palettes, pattern making, draping, and sketching is desirable.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and passion for fashion are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop innovative fashion collections,



focusing on bridal, traditional, and western wear.
- Sketch initial design concepts and create detailed technical drawings for production.
- Document client requirements meticulously and incorporate their feedback into final designs.
- Collaborate closely with the production and embroidery teams to ensure design accuracy and quality standards.
- Assist clients during fittings, providing styling advice and ensuring their satisfaction with the final product.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and color schemes to keep designs fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Participate in fabric selection, pattern making, and draping activities to bring designs to life.
