Position: Fashion Designer – Menswear Woven

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Fashion Designer – Menswear Woven to join quick growing men's fashion retail company.

- Design contemporary and commercial menswear woven collections in line with the brand's aesthetic and target customer.
- Develop seasonal collections across shirts, casual wear, resort wear and other woven categories.
- Conduct research on fashion trends, colours, fabrics, prints, silhouettes and market developments.
- Create mood boards, colour stories, design concepts and detailed design presentations.
- Develop new styles from concept to final product in coordination with the merchandising, sourcing and production teams.
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, prints, washes and surface techniques for each collection.
- Work closely with vendors and sampling teams to develop prototypes and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Review samples,



provide design inputs and make necessary modifications before production.
- Monitor competitor brands and international fashion trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Ensure collections are fashion-forward, commercially viable and aligned with the brand's positioning.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fashion Design or Apparel Design.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Menswear Woven Design.
- Strong understanding of menswear silhouettes, fabrics, prints, colours and garment construction.
- Experience working with apparel brands, export houses or fashion manufacturers.
- Strong creative, trend-research and product-development skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing menswear woven collections is preferred.
