We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead the design process from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury or premium fashion, with expertise in structured silhouettes, garment construction, collection development, and design execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design process, from trend research and concept development to final production.

- Design cutting-edge collections featuring structured silhouettes and contemporary aesthetics.

- Research international fashion trends, fabrics, trims, colors, and embellishment techniques.

- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and collection presentations.

- Coordinate with sampling, pattern-making, embroidery, sourcing, merchandising, and production teams.

- Select fabrics, trims, and surface development techniques suitable for each collection.

- Conduct garment fittings and implement design improvements to achieve the desired fit and finish.

- Ensure collections are delivered on time while maintaining premium quality standards.

- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Maintain consistency in the brand's design language across all collections.

Skills Required





- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in fashion design.

- Prior experience with luxury fashion brands, premium apparel brands, or renowned fashion houses.

- Strong expertise in garment construction, pattern development, and structured silhouettes.

- Excellent knowledge of fabrics, trims, embroidery, and surface embellishment techniques.

- Ability to independently develop collections from concept to production.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other fashion design software.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail.

- A strong portfolio showcasing luxury or premium fashion collections is mandatory.
