Role Description The Fashion Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City. This role involves providing personalized styling advice to clients, understanding their preferences and occasions, and recommending suitable designer outfits and accessories from the rental collection.

The Fashion

Consultant will manage in-store appointments, support trial and fitting sessions, and ensure a premium customer experience from arrival to check-out. Daily tasks include coordinating with operations to confirm garment availability, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and updating product knowledge on current trends and collections. The role also involves educating clients on sustainable fashion practices,



handling basic customer queries about rental policies, and collaborating with the team to achieve store performance and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

- Client service and communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and professional interpersonal interaction.
- Fashion styling and trend awareness skills, such as outfit coordination, understanding of body types, and knowledge of contemporary and luxury fashion brands.
- Sales and customer engagement skills, including consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling, and relationship building with repeat clients.
- Organization and detail orientation skills, such as appointment management, accurate record-keeping, and attention to garment care and presentation.
- Basic digital literacy, including use of point-of-sale systems, booking and inventory tools, and familiarity with online catalogs.
- Strong interest in sustainable fashion and the circular economy, with the ability to explain these concepts to clients in a clear and engaging way.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Pune City, including weekends and peak festive seasons as required, and to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, personal styling, luxury apparel, or customer-facing roles is preferred; a diploma or degree in fashion, design, merchandising, or a related field is an advantage.
