Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join the Almost Gods retail team. The role involves delivering a premium shopping experience, understanding customer preferences, providing styling recommendations, and contributing to store sales and overall brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers, creating a personalised and premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend suitable products.
- Provide styling advice and assist customers with outfit coordination.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Almost Gods products, collections, fabrics, fits, and brand identity.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling by recommending relevant products and complete looks.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, exchanges, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory knowledge.
- Assist with Visual Merchandising (VM)



and ensure the sales floor is attractive, organised, and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain proper product folding, hanging, sizing, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
- Operate the POS system for billing and other store transactions.
- Support stock receiving, tagging, transfers, stock checks, and inventory management.
- Coordinate effectively with the Store Manager and team members to achieve daily store objectives.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, professionalism, and brand representation.

Employment Type: Full time

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
