We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Fashion Consultant to join our retail team in Manali. The candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable outfits, provide styling guidance, achieve sales targets, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and assist customers professionally.
· Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits.
· Provide fashion and styling suggestions based on customer requirements.
· Explain product features, sizes, prices, and offers.
· Achieve individual and store sales targets.
· Maintain valuable knowledge of products and current fashion trends.
· Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
· Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
· Assist with stock replenishment and inventory-related activities.
· Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
· Follow company policies and retail procedures.
Requirements
· 12th pass / Graduate.
· Previous experience in fashion, apparel, retail sales, or customer service will be preferred.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Confident and presentable personality.
· Interest in fashion and styling.
· Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
· Ability to work in a retail environment and flexible working hours.
