Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and fashion-oriented Fashion Consultant cum Salesperson to join our retail store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong interest in fashion, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories based on their style, body type, occasion and preferences.
- Provide professional styling advice and explain product details such as fabric, fit and care instructions.
- Build strong relationships with walk-in and regular customers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and customer value.
- Assist customers with trial rooms, size selection, alterations and product recommendations.
- Maintain proper product display, folding, tagging, steaming and store cleanliness.
- Support inventory management, stock movement and daily sales reporting.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Participate in promotional activities,



seasonal campaigns and in-store events.
- Stay updated with fashion trends and share customer feedback with management.

Pay: ₹20,712.27 - ₹34,062.50 per month
