JD – FACTORY MIS EXECUTIVE

Department: Factory / Production

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Factory

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily production MIS – Cutting, Stitching, Checking, Finishing, Packing & Dispatch.

Prepare Plan vs. Actual Production reports.

Maintain Order/Style-wise production and pending status.

Track WIP from Cutting to Dispatch.

Maintain Karigar/Worker-wise production & attendance.

Track rework, rejection and alteration.

Maintain fabric/material shortage & requirement reports.

Prepare daily, weekly & monthly factory MIS.

Follow up with Production, Stores, Quality, Finishing & Dispatch teams for pending updates.

Highlight production delays, shortages and pending orders to management.

Required Skills

Robust MS Excel / MIS skills.

Good knowledge of Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS & basic formulas.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination.

Garment factory experience preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
